How quickly can I get the boots?

Place your order before 11am for same-day delivery. Orders after 11am can be scheduled for the next available day.

What sizes are available?

We have Medium (suitable for heights 5'5" to 6'2" / 166-187cm) and Large (suitable for heights 6'3" to 6'6" / 190-198cm).

How do I return the boots?

Pickup for return will be arranged for the last day of your hire term. Pickups are available until 5pm.

What if the boots are damaged?

Minor wear is expected. For significant damage, we'll assess a fair repair or replacement cost. A $50 pre-authorisation hold is placed on your card to cover minor issues.
