Please read these terms carefully before booking. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions
- "Hirer" means the individual hiring the equipment from us.
- "Equipment" means the Wagnum Fuel X Wireless Compression Boots and any accessories, manuals, or packaging supplied.
- "Hire Period" means the agreed timeframe for which the equipment is hired, starting from the date and time of delivery until the date and time of return.
- "Service Area" means the Paekakariki-Otaki corridor on the Kāpiti Coast, New Zealand.
2. Hire Period & Extensions
- The hire period begins at the time the equipment is delivered to you.
- The hire period ends when the equipment is returned to us in full working order and inspected.
- Late returns will incur additional hire charges at a daily rate based on your original package.
- If you require an extension, you must contact us before the hire period ends. Extensions are subject to availability and may require additional payment.
- Extensions will be charged at the daily rate of $25 per day.
3. Fees, Payments & Bond
3.1 Hire Fees
- All hire fees must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Package prices are as advertised on our website:
- All prices are in NZD and are final.
3.2 Security Bond
- A security bond of $50.00 is required for all bookings.
- For Stripe payments, this is held as a pre-authorisation hold on your card.
- The hold will be released upon safe return of the equipment in the same condition as supplied.
- The bond may be deducted for damage to equipment, missing parts, excessive cleaning, or late return fees.
3.3 Payment Methods
- Stripe: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay
4. Hirer's Responsibilities
- You must use the equipment only for its intended purpose (muscle recovery and rehabilitation).
- You must follow all operating instructions provided with the equipment.
- You are responsible for the equipment from the moment it leaves our possession until it is returned.
- You must store the equipment securely and protect it from theft, damage, and adverse weather conditions.
- You must not sub-hire, lend, alter, or repair the equipment without our written consent.
- You must keep the equipment clean and free from debris during the hire period.
- You must notify us immediately of any defects, damage, or issues with the equipment.
5. Loss, Damage & Liability
5.1 Hirer's Liability
- You are liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the hire period, regardless of cause.
- If the equipment is damaged, you must notify us immediately and follow our instructions regarding repair or replacement.
- In the event of theft, you must report the incident to the police and provide us with a copy of the police report.
- Replacement costs for lost or severely damaged equipment: Wagnum Fuel X Boots: $700.00 NZD per pair
5.2 Our Liability
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the equipment, except where required by New Zealand law.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- You indemnify us against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the equipment.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is suitable for your intended use.
- We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions.
6. Equipment Condition & Returns
6.1 Condition on Supply
- All equipment is supplied in good working order and is tested before hire.
- You must inspect the equipment upon delivery and notify us immediately of any defects or missing parts.
- We will provide a brief demonstration of basic operation upon request.
6.2 Return Condition
- Equipment must be returned clean, free of debris, and in the same condition as supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear consistent with normal use.
- Equipment should be returned in the provided carry bag with all accessories.
7. Delivery
- Delivery is available within the Paekakariki-Otaki Service Area.
- Delivery fees may apply for locations outside the immediate corridor.
- Delivery time slots are subject to availability.
- You must be available to receive the delivery in person.
- If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
8.1 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the hire start time (12:00 PM).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire start time: $30 cancellation fee applies.
- No refunds will be given for early returns unless agreed otherwise.
8.2 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Bond holds are released immediately upon successful equipment return inspection.
8.3 Our Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking if equipment becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
9. Health & Safety
- The equipment is designed for muscle recovery and rehabilitation purposes.
- Consult with a healthcare professional before use if you have deep vein thrombosis (DVT), active infections, skin conditions, pregnancy, or cardiovascular conditions.
- Do not use the equipment if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms during use.
- The equipment is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
- Keep the equipment away from water and excessive heat.
10. Privacy & Data
10.1 Information We Collect

- Delivery address
- Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
- Rental agreement acceptance
10.2 How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your booking
- To communicate about your rental
- To improve our services
- As required by law
10.3 Data Security
- Payment information is processed securely via Stripe and is not stored on our systems.
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.
- We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
- We take reasonable steps to ensure that any third-party service providers we use to deliver our services also comply with the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to supply equipment due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, pandemic restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
